Dr. G. Venkatappa Rao

Chairman

Dr. Rao has a distinguished career of over three decades (1975-2007) at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, during which he served as Head, Civil Engineering Department and Dean (Student Affairs). He guided 24 Ph.D.s and over 100 M.Tech. theses, while authoring over 200 research papers, many of which have won awards for Best Theses and Best Papers. In a publication of the NHI, Federal Highway Administration, US Department of Transport, his Book co-authored with Dr. G.V.S.S. Raju "Engineering with Geosynthetics"(1990) was listed as a Standard work of Reference. Dr. Rao authored over 10 reference books, several standard text books and manuals and state- of-the art volumes for the IRC and CPCB. These books include Principles of Transportation & Highway Engineering, Airport Engineering and Engineering with Geoynthetics.

Dr. Anil Dixit

Managing Director

Dr. Dixit, Ph.D. from IIT Delhi in Geosynthetics field. He has served as Executive Engineer to Govt. of Rajasthan before starting his career as an independent consultant. During his entire professional life of 35 years he has been involved in pavement design & execution, Geotechnical investigation, Geosynthetics & Quality control testing, design of reinforced walls & reinforced pavements and evaluation of various types of materials. He has also worked in rehabilitation work of pavements using Geosynthetics. He is empanelled Lead Assessor by National Accreditation Board of Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) in the fields of Mechanical, Building Materials, NDT & Geosynthetics. He has empanelled member of committee formulated for redrafting of quality assurance manual for NRRDA. He is former Executive member of Indian Geotechnical Society.

Mr. Nirbhay Mathur

Mr. Nirbhay Mathur has more than 25 years’ experience in various domains of infrastructure development. Mr. Mathur is M.Tech in Transportation Engineering and has vast experience in management and quality control testing. He leads proficiency testing activities, technical trainings and consultancy services of the organization and an expert in material behavior know-hows.

Mr. Harsh Chittora

Mr. Harsh Chittora is M.Tech in Transportation Engineering and has more than 15 year experience of Geotechnical investigation, analysis and design of foundations, soil stabilization, slope stability analysis and testing of civil engineering materials. He leads geotechnical teams and other field testing activities. He is also in-charge of Geosynthetics testing and research & development activities in the laboratory. He is actively involved in consultancy work and also leads all the NABL assessment activities.

Mr. Anubhav Agrawal

Mr. Anubhav holds M.Tech. in Transportation Engineering and has more than 8 year experience of reporting and analysis of geotechnical investigation work. He is coordinating with the geotechnical teams and involved in analysis & reporting of quality control testing.

Mrs. Akansha Saxena

Ms. Akansha Saxena is a graduate civil engineer and post graduate in statistics. She is the quality manager and involved in activities of proficiency testing. Having more than 8 years of experience, she holds the position of chief statistician and responsible for operations and organizing various softwares and controls the IT setup of organization. She supervises quality control activities also.

Mr. Narendra Kumar Yogi

Mr. Narendra Kumar Yogi is graduate in civil engineering. He has more than 15 years’ experience in laboratory testing of mechanical, NDT and other field testing activities. He is an expert in concrete mix design and bituminous job mix design and other quality control activities. He leads technical trainings & consultancy services of the company and also supervise and controls the laboratory assessment activities.

Mr. Nishant Sharma

Mr. Nishant Sharma, M. Tech. in Transportation Engineering, has a more than 4 year experience of field & laboratory testing of Geosynthetics materials. He is the in-charge of geosynthetics testing laboratory. He also involved in the research & development works related to geosynthetics testing.

Mr. Shankar Kumar Mishra

Mr. Mishra is a graduate in civil engineering and has more than 20 year’s experience in various field & laboratory testing. He is expert in pavement evaluation and actively involved in research & development work related to bitumen and property enhancement of bituminous mix. He manages the field testing for NDT and structural testing of organization. He also manages proficiency testing related activities.

Mr. Om Prakash Gehlot

Mr. Gehlot is a B.Tech. in civil engineering and actively involved in various civil engineering material testing, analysis from last 15 years. He is an expert in critical design mix and laboratory management. He leads mechanical & NDT testing department of organization.

Mr. Rahul Joshi

Mr. Rahul Joshi is Post graduate in Business Development and leads the business development department of the organization. He has more than 15 years of experience in relevant field.

Mr. Raju Ram Jat

Mr. Raju is a Graduate in civil engineering. He has more than 15 years’ experience in design and drafting. He is an expert in preparation and development of CAD drawings. Apart from this he also leads geotechnical investigation and field testing services of the company.

Mr. Aniruddh Dixit

Mr. Aniruddh is a Graduate in design & marketing. He holds the position of GM (Business Development) and a key strategic thinker of the organization for planning and implementation of new business initiatives. Identification of new growth opportunities, monitoring of market trends and maintaining relationships with stakeholders are his key responsibilities. Apart from this, having exceptional experience in software and data management, he controls and organizes the IT set up of organization too.
